Not a match made in heaven? If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, or simply have a change of heart, you can return your product(s) within 30 days. You can return any product, but it must be unused and in re-saleable condition. Please provide proof of purchase and, if possible, the packaging. If your merchandise is found to be used, dirty, stained, or damaged, we may refuse to refund or exchange your items, or offer a store credit only.
You must contact us at email@example.com or by calling (844) 833-2121 before sending your purchase back to authorize your return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and you will not be able to receive a refund/exchange or store credit.
Please note: All PPE, including face masks, shield hats and caps, and face shields, are NOT eligible for return. If you need to get a bigger or smaller size, or receive a defective item, you may exchange the item. We offer free exchanges for items that are damaged if you let us know within 5 (five) days of receiving your purchase.
We want you to love your shopping experience. We encourage you to purchase Shipping Insurance at checkout to cover damaged, lost, or misplaced shipments. Mitz Kids will not be liable for lost packages if insurance is not purchased. We will insure and ship purchases over $100 for free.
Within the United States
We ship by USPS, UPS, Fedex and DHL. For national shipments inside the United States, we use USPS. Purchases that exceed $100 are sent Priority Mail. Most domestic shipments take 3 - 5 business days for delivery. Shipping is $3.99 for domestic shipments.
